God Called You to Be
Basic Leadership Training is the third level of the Eden Life discipleship pathway, designed for believers who have completed Edenlife Academy and are ready to step into active leadership — in the church, in their families, and in their spheres of influence.
This programme focuses on forming leaders from the inside out - building character first, then competence. Participants leave equipped to lead Belong Groups, serve in ministry teams, mentor others, and represent Christ in their workplaces and communities.
Programme Covers
- Leadership Character — Integrity, servanthood, emotional intelligence, and spiritual authority
- Belong Group Leadership - How to facilitate, shepherd, and grow a Belong Group community
- Discipleship & Mentorship — Principles and practices for making disciples and investing in others
- Communication & Influence — Effective communication, biblical teaching methods, and building trust
- Ministry Context — Understanding the local church, working with teams, and leading within structure
Who Should Apply
This programme is for Eden Life members who have completed Edenlife Academy and sense a call to serve — whether in a Belong Group, ministry team, outreach, or their workplace. Prerequisite: completion of Growth Steps and Edenlife Academy.
