Advanced Leadership Training is the culminating level of Eden Life's discipleship pathway. It is designed for mature, proven leaders who are ready to operate at a higher level of Kingdom authority, influence, and responsibility — in the church and across all spheres of society.
This is an invitation-based programme for those who have completed all previous levels and have demonstrated consistent faithfulness, character, and fruit in ministry. It is intensive, relational, and transformative.

- Vision & Strategy — Developing and articulating God-given vision, strategic planning, and execution
- Organisational Leadership — Building, scaling, and governing Kingdom institutions and ministry organisations
- Kingdom & Culture — Engaging and transforming the seven mountains of culture through Christian leadership
- Preaching & Prophetic Ministry — Advanced homiletics, prophetic function, and public ministry preparation
- Legacy & Succession — Reproducing leaders, building for the next generation, and sustaining ministry impact
Prerequisites
This programme is open by invitation or application to those who have completed Growth Steps, Edenlife Academy, and Basic Leadership Training — and are actively serving in a recognised ministry role at Eden Life.
